 SEO Executive

 Role &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute on-page SEO improvements: optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, and schema to boost organic CTR and rankings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform keyword research and map keyword intent to content opportunities and landing page optimizations using industry tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile UX) and coordinate with development teams to implement fixes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and manage off-page SEO activities including outreach, link acquisition tracking and backlink profile health monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track organic performance with Google Analytics and Google Search Console; produce weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and A/B test recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with content, UX and engineering teams to implement SEO changes, measure impact and iterate on experiments.

 Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) with measurable improvements in organic traffic or rankings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console for reporting and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical knowledge of SEMrush and/or Ahrefs for keyword research, competitor analysis and backlink audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Screaming Frog or equivalent site-crawling tools for technical audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, canonicalization) and On-page Optimization techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to convert data into clear recommendations and communicate implementation details with non-technical stakeholders.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS for quicker implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking for SEO/analytics validation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of page speed tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights) and Core Web Vitals optimization techniques.
