 ABOUT THE POSITION:
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking diligent, dedicated, and dynamic individual to join our
 
 Lahore, Pakistan office
 
 as
 
 Business Development Specialist
 
 . This role aims to expand our inside sales presence for our product lines. Candidates should exhibit hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented capabilities, thriving in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include initiating contact with potential customers through cold calling, educating them on the technical aspects of our applications and products, and collaborating closely with the external sales team to secure deals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and cultivate new leads/customers worldwide.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage in discussions with global customers to qualify leads and drive successful sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare proposals/quotes utilizing CRM systems for prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the global external sales team to meet territory goals and targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the existing sales pipeline effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify market trends and customer requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing short/medium/long-term sales pipelines aligned with sales objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate quarterly strategies for lead generation to maximize positive outcomes efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Play a pivotal role in crafting presentations and demonstrations for potential business opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess comprehensive knowledge of market competitors to facilitate effective negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate email campaigns within the assigned territory for enhanced awareness of our products.
 </li>

 REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, or biotech sales is advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal English communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work 45 hours per week.
 </li>
