We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused <b>Community Ambassador &amp; Meeting Coordinator</b> to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for residents, visitors, and clients. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-facing setting and excels at organizing and executing meetings and events with precision.</p><p>
The successful candidate will serve as the face of the community, delivering exceptional service while also managing the end-to-end coordination of meetings and events. This role reports to the <b>Lead Office Services Associate</b> or the <b>Client Relations Manager</b>.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Community Engagement &amp; Customer Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, residents, and guests, creating a warm, professional, and inclusive environment</li><li>
Deliver high-quality customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly</li><li>
Build strong relationships within the community to enhance engagement and satisfaction</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming common area</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Meeting &amp; Event Coordination</b></h3><ul><li>
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including scheduling, room setup, catering, and technology requirements</li><li>
Act as the on-site point of contact during events to ensure seamless execution</li><li>
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality experiences</li><li>
Track meeting details and maintain accurate records of bookings and usage</li><li>
Support post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and issue resolution</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Operational Support</b></h3><ul><li>
Assist with day-to-day office or community operations as needed</li><li>
Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and service levels</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and engagement initiatives</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required</b></h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li><b>
2&ndash;4 years of experience</b> in customer service, hospitality, workplace experience, office coordination, or a similar role</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience in hospitality, coworking spaces, corporate office environments, or property management</li><li>
Event planning or meeting coordination experience</li><li>
Familiarity with scheduling or event management tools (e.g., Outlook calendaring, event platforms, room booking systems)</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships</li><li>
Experience working in client-facing or service-driven environments</li></ul></div><p>
