You&rsquo;ll have access to cutting-edge tools, training, and support that empower you to grow your clinical impact and career.Highlights of being a Fort Health Therapist:<ul><li>We fill your schedule so you can focus on what you do best&mdash;providing exceptional care to children, teens, and families.</li><li>See insurance-based patients without the administrative hassle&mdash;we handle credentialing, billing, and claims so you don&rsquo;t have to.</li><li>Dedicated front desk and care management teams support your patients and keep your schedule running smoothly, managing coordination and between-session needs.</li><li>Therapist-friendly technology and EMR, including custom tools built in-house, streamline scheduling, documentation, and patient communication&mdash;so you can spend more time in session, not on screens.</li></ul>In this role, you will:<ul><li>Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families through our virtual care platform.</li><li>Build trusted relationships that make families feel supported, seen, and understood&mdash;you are the front door to Fort Health</li><li>Collaborate with care managers, psychiatrists, and clinical leaders to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.</li><li>Manage an up to date calendar and adhere to scheduling protocols</li><li>Participate in case consultation, peer learning, and ongoing clinical supervision to strengthen your practice.</li><li>Contribute to an inclusive, growth-minded community of therapists passionate about improving youth mental health.</li><li>Leverage cutting-edge tools, training, and data insights to enhance your clinical effectiveness and professional growth.</li><li>Bring curiosity, compassion, and commitment to helping kids and families thrive&mdash;your work drives our mission forward.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses a bonus).</li><li>2 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.</li><li>Able to navigate Doxy, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members</li><li>Passionate about providing direct care and owning a panel of patients for the foreseeable future</li><li>Availability to schedule sessions during weekdays 3:30pm-8:30pm and/or weekends as needed</li><li>This is a remote position and candidates must reside in the United States and have access to internet</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Flexible Schedule and Compensation: This is a Part-Time 1099 Contractor role.
