<p>
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Growth Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients in the pediatric/adolescent behavioral health sector. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral health services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>Client Relationship Management:</b> Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.</li>
<li><b>Service Delivery:</b> Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.</li>
<li><b>Account Management:</b> Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients are satisfied with our services.</li>
<li><b>Business Development:</b> Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.</li>
<li><b>Reporting and Analysis:</b> Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for service improvements.</li>
<li><b>Training and Support:</b> Provide training and support to clients on the use of our services and products. Ensure that clients are fully aware of the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.</li>
<li><b>Compliance:</b> Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector.</li>
<li><b>Problem Solving:</b> Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).</li>
<li><b>Experience:</b> At least 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.</li>
<li><b>Skills:</b></li>
<li><ul><li>Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
