Job Title: Civil Engineer &ndash; Fit-Out &amp; Site ManagementLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Description: We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong expertise in fit-out, joinery, porta cabin works, and civil projects who can lead and manage a team on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with material submittals, risk assessment, drawing review/interpretation, and overall site supervision.This is a client-facing and leadership role where you will:<ul><li>Lead and manage the site team to deliver projects on time.</li><li>Meet with consultants and project managers regularly.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.</li><li>Oversee quality control and ensure safety compliance.</li><li>Coordinate procurement and site execution activities.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review fit-out material submittals.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and ensure HSE compliance.</li><li>Interpret technical drawings and plan execution schedules.</li><li>Manage manpower allocation and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers.</li><li>Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in fit-out and civil works.</li><li>Proven experience in team management and site leadership.</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery, porta cabin construction, and general civil works.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeIf you are ready to take ownership of projects, lead teams effectively, and ensure high-quality project delivery, apply now and join our growing team!Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
