If you are a recent Diploma holder in Architectural Engineering, you are highly encouraged to apply for this job. Job responsibilities include taking off quantities of materials from construction drawings and preparing the estimate based on those quantities.Compensation Package<ul><li>First Month: 15,000 (for only the first month internship)</li><li>Starting Salary: PKR 25,000 per month from the 2nd month</li><li>First Increment: After 3 months</li><li>Second Increment: After an additional 3 months</li><li>Third Increment: Based on performance evaluation after 6 months.</li></ul>Overtime will be paid 1x of basic salary during normal days and 1.5x during weekends/holidays.Office Location: Paragon CityOffice Timing: 9 AM to 6 PMWorking Days: 5 Days / WeekBenefits &amp; PerksLeave Entitlement:<ul><li>Regular Leaves: 10 days annually</li><li>Annual Leave: 10 days annually (unused leaves will be cashed out at year-end)</li></ul>Bonuses:<ul><li>Eid-ul-Fitr Bonus: 10% of the basic salary</li></ul>Team Engagement:<ul><li>Annual Dinners: 2 company-sponsored dinners</li><li>Recreational Tour: 1 annual tour to the Northern Areas of Pakistan</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
