 The Role
 
 
 
 You will own the full legal agenda: from corporate governance and commercial transactions to IP strategy, data privacy, and M&amp;A readiness.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Corporate Governance &amp; Compliance &mdash; Establish best-in-class governance frameworks; manage board and shareholder matters; ensure full regulatory compliance.
 
 
 &bull; Commercial &amp; Transactional Support &mdash; Lead negotiation and drafting of all key commercial agreements (customer, vendor, partnership) to accelerate sales cycles.
 
 
 &bull; IP Strategy &amp; Protection &mdash; Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify and protect trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
 
 
 &bull; Legal Operations &mdash; Build scalable legal processes and leverage legal technology to create an efficient internal function.
 
 
 &bull; Strategic Advisory &mdash; Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on fundraising, M&amp;A, employment law, and data privacy matters.
 
 
 &bull; Outside Counsel Management &mdash; Engage and manage external counsel effectively, maintaining quality while optimizing legal spend.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 6+ years of legal experience, ideally combining in-house tech/software/FinTech company experience with a strong transactional background
 
 
 &bull; Qualified lawyer (UAE-admitted or internationally qualified with relevant experience)
 
 
 &bull; Proven track record in commercial contracts, corporate governance, and IP matters
 
 
 &bull; Experience supporting fundraising rounds or M&amp;A processes is a strong plus
 
 
 &bull; Ability to provide clear, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 
 
 &bull; Fluency in English required
