<p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Custodial Lead to join our team in Ft. Worth, TX. The Custodial Lead will oversee daily custodial operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the custodial team effectively.</p>
<div>This position is fully onsite and will report to the Program Manager.</div>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul><li>Lead and supervise the custodial team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.</li>
<li>Assign daily tasks and monitor the progress of custodial staff.</li>
<li>Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.</li>
<li>Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Coordinate with management to address any maintenance or cleaning issues promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs for replenishment.</li>
<li>Ensure all custodial activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li>

</ul><div>Qualifications</div>
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>3-5 years of applicable experience</li>
<li>Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.</li>
<li>Proven leadership experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours as needed.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.</li>
</ul>
