FORTNA Lifecycle Performance Services is seeking a talented Service Operations Manager to focus on all aspects of large scale service maintenance operation; including resource management, financial performance, service project management, and warranty. The Service Operations Manager will partner with other Lifecycle Performance Service business units as well as FORTNA systems to ensure we are delivering the highest level of Customer support.</div><div></div><div>
KEY TASKS &amp; RESPONSIBILITES:</div><ul><li>
Oversee emergency dispatch of Service Technicians in support of Customer issues</li><li>
Lead the invoicing and daily financial tracking of all service maintenance projects and unit as a whole</li><li>
Collaborate with Regional Service Managers and coordinate all Service resources to ensure balanced workload and successful project execution</li><li>
Manage all aspects of Service Projects from materials, labor, and financial performance</li><li>
Lead quick quote estimating for short turn Service opportunities</li><li>
Manage North America warranty budgets and activities, including customer communications as required</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement across the service operation</li></ul><div></div><div>
QUALIFICATIONS:</div><div><i>
Education &amp; Experience</i></div><ul><li>
Demonstrated experience and understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management</li><li>
4+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of responsibilities of role</li><li>
Bachelors or Advanced Degree required</li></ul><div><i>
Knowledge of</i></div><ul><li>
Automated material handling equipment</li><li>
Microsoft Office applications</li></ul><div><i>
Ability to</i></div><ul><li>
Manage multiple teams simultaneously across multiple locations</li><li>
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors and coworkers</li><li>
Organize and prioritize a variety of tasks in an effective and timely manner, organize own work, participate in setting priorities and meet critical time deadlines</li><li>

&ldquo;The base salary range for this role is $76,1000 to $114,200. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.&rdquo;</div><div></div><div><i>
