 We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented SEO Apprentice to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team in Bangalore.  What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 As an SEO Apprentice, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting our efforts to improve online visibility and drive organic growth. You&rsquo;ll:
 
 
 <ul>

 Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush and Google Keyword Planner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in optimizing on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, header tags, alt text, and internal linking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, bounce rates) and prepare performance reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify technical SEO issues using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update SEO task trackers to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.
 </li>

 Stay informed about the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

The apprentice will join the Product Management group of the Office of the CIO.
The mission of the Office of the CIO (OCIO) is to deliver innovative, secure, and efficient technology solutions that simplify business processes, empower teams, and accelerate the delivery of life-changing treatments to patients while creating lasting value for all stakeholders.
The Product Management team works on innovative IT solutions for Marketing and Sales operations in life sciences, collaborating globally to deliver impactful results. The key suppliers of technology for us are AI/ML team and Microsoft Copilot team, as well as external vendors.
Apprenticeship Summary:
The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (OCIO). They will:<ul><li>
Collaborate with global colleagues from Marketing and Commercial on initiatives in the life sciences sector.</li><li>
Support AI/ML projects within the Product Management team, from Discovery (User requirements) through Development (Agile/Vendors) right to Deployment (Azure DevOps)</li><li>
Participate in remote work during second shift hours (2&ndash;11 PM IST).</li><li>
Assist in project documentation and reporting as required.</li><li>
Engage in training and development activities as part of the apprentice program</li><li>
Gain exposure to critical business functions and learn how technology drives success in clinical research.</li></ul>
Education/Qualifications/Skills:<ul><li>
Education:<ul><li>
Engineering degree preferred.</li><li>
Some exposure to life sciences or statistics is desirable</li></ul></li><li>
Skills:<ul><li>
Motivated problem-solver and creative thinker.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, global team.</li><li>
Strong communication skills + ability to work with business / discuss complex areas</li><li>
Strong interest in AI/ML and healthcare innovation &ndash; both in development of AI/ML models and no code tools based on MS Copilot.</li><li>
Fascination with Agile Ways of Working, preferably with current or upcoming certification</li><li>
Practical knowledge of Azure technologies, including but not limited to, Power Platform and Azure DevOps.</li><li>

Apprentice - IT Commerical (AI / ML) - Remote

Summary of Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Manage all phases of clinical site activity: pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits</li><li>
Ensure protocol compliance, data accuracy, patient safety, and audit readiness</li><li>
Review source documents, resolve data queries, and oversee SAE reporting and follow-up</li><li>
Act as primary liaison with sites, vendors, and internal teams</li><li>
Prepare trip reports and support regulatory submissions, feasibility, and site budget negotiations</li><li>
Mentor junior staff and support project coordination as assigned</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Degree in life sciences or related health profession</li><li>
