Job Description Fortress Construction Group LLC is an underground utility construction company specializing in fiber optic infrastructure, horizontal directional drilling, and telecom construction. We are looking for a Social Media Videographer to document our daily operations and help build a strong online presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.This role will involve filming real construction work on jobsites, capturing behind-the-scenes business content, and editing videos that showcase the work we do in the field.Responsibilities<ul><li>Film daily construction activities on jobsites (equipment, crews, drilling, installations, etc.)</li><li>Capture short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts</li><li>Record longer vlog-style content for YouTube</li><li>Organize and manage video footage and media files</li><li>Upload and schedule posts across company social media accounts</li><li>Work with management to capture important moments from projects and company operations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience filming and editing video content for social media</li><li>Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)</li><li>Ability to shoot high-quality footage using cameras or smartphones</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors and visiting construction jobsites</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube</li><li>Experience filming construction, industrial, or outdoor work environments</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the company and help build a large-scale social media presence</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your resume along with links to any video content or social media accounts you have worked on.Pay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lewis Center, OH 43035
