The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages customer accounts, processes payments, and ensures timely collection to maintain financial stability. Job duties include:</div><div><ul><li>
Process weekly sales report to create invoice(s) and daily cash receipts and post to customer accounts.</li><li>
Send invoice and obtain required PO information from customer.</li><li>
Communicate with our operations team to obtain the documentation needed to establish any non-contract services.</li><li>
Communicate with field operations personnel and customer on past due accounts.</li><li>
Research billing issues such as short pays, price discrepancies, etc.</li><li>
Provide weekly report on open AR and past due accounts.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
 YOUR MUST HAVES:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Must be 18 years of age or older.</li><li>
Ability to adhere to the different functions within the accounting system, the company structure (divisions, departments, and plant locations) and the various general ledger accounts.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.</li><li>
1-2 years of related office experience, accounting/bookkeeping, and billing/accounts receivable preferred.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.</li><li>
Customer service skills, phone, and email.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><div><b><br>

OUR ENVIRONMENT:</b></div><div>
This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.</div>
