From neighborhood caf&eacute;s to full-scale dining concepts, our work lives at the intersection of design, culture, and experience.If you&rsquo;re equal parts creative thinker and detail-driven executor, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio, we want to meet you.What You Bring<ul><li>A degree in Interior Design (or a related field) and a strong design foundation</li><li>Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>A sharp eye for materials, finishes, color, and FF&amp;E</li><li>The ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and presentations</li><li>Confidence managing multiple projects or diving deep with a single client across phases</li><li>Solid understanding of commercial design standards, ADA, and building codes</li><li>Strong organization, time management, and follow-through</li><li>Adaptability, curiosity, and a solutions-first mindset</li><li>A collaborative spirit and the drive to grow within a tight-knit team</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead client conversations and help guide projects from concept to completion</li><li>Shape design narratives, translating brand, vision, and experience into space</li><li>Develop full design packages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness</li><li>Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and makers</li><li>Build presentations, mood boards, and concepts that communicate with impact</li><li>Contribute to space planning, furniture selection, and material specifications</li><li>Draft equipment plans for coffee shops and restaurants (we&rsquo;ll teach you what you don&rsquo;t know)</li><li>Support design continuity from early concept through construction</li><li>Review drawings and documents to ensure everything aligns</li></ul>Why FortunaWe are a multi-disciplinary studio rooted in hospitality, combining design, coffee, fabrication, and consulting under one roof.
