Job Title: Field Service TechnicianCompany: Fortunes EnterprisesLocation: SCO NO. 10, LOHGARG ROAD, ZIRAKPUR, PUNJABJob Description:Fortunes Enterprises is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical service, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at various customer locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond promptly to service requests and service calls at customer sites.</li><li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery efficiently to minimize downtime.</li><li>Install, test, and configure new equipment as required by the company and customer needs.</li><li>Provide technical support and training.</li><li>Manage inventory and tools carried on the field service vehicle.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with the technical team and share information to improve service quality.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Field Service Technician in a relevant industry.</li><li>Must own and use a two-wheeler vehicle for daily travel to service locations.</li><li>Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.</li><li>Physically fit to handle equipment and work in various environments.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and good knowledge of local routes.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field.</li><li>Familiarity with mobile tools and service automation software.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
