The ideal candidate should be capable of building robust web applications, integrating APIs, developing scalable backend architectures, and managing CMS-based workflows to support dynamic content.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, optimise, and maintain front-end interfaces using modern web technologies.</li><li>Build and manage secure, scalable backend applications, APIs, and databases.</li><li>Work with CMS platforms to customise, configure, and develop modules/plugins.</li><li>Ensure responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility across all digital products.</li><li>Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.</li><li>Maintain code quality through adherence to best practices, effective version control, and thorough documentation.</li><li>Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools as needed.</li><li>Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and sprint cycles.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.</li><li>Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., jQuery, React, Vue, or Angular).</li><li>Hands-on experience with server-side programming (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).</li><li>Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).</li><li>Practical experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom CMS, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (Git).</li><li>Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony) or JavaScript frameworks (Node/Express).</li><li>Knowledge of server/hosting environments, deployment pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.</li><li>Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimisation.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage tasks independently and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail with a focus on quality.</li></ul>If you are passionate about building high-quality web applications and working with modern front-end, back-end, and CMS technologies, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
