Job OverviewThe Product Development Associate will assist in creating, sourcing, and executing innovative gifting solutions across retail, e-commerce, and corporate channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, market awareness, and coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop new product concepts, gift bundles, and seasonal collections.</li><li>Conduct market and trend research to identify product and packaging opportunities.</li><li>Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating product samples with vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Collaborate with design and marketing teams to finalize product presentation and packaging.</li><li>Maintain product documentation including costing, specifications, and development timelines.</li><li>Support in preparing proposals and product decks for various channels.</li><li>Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to ensure market relevance.</li><li>Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning for new launches.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Min.
