This role focuses on building relationships with procurement, HR,and marketing teams to deliver customized gifting solutions that enhance employee engagement and client loyalty.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and acquire new corporate clients across multiple industries.</li></ul><ul><li>Build strong relationships with procurement, HR, and marketing decision-makers.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals for corporate gifting programs.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue and growth targets.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create customized gifting solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Represent Gifts 360 at corporate events and networking forums.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>4&#8210;6 years of B2B corporate sales experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Established network with corporate decision-makers.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.</li></ul>KPIs for Success<ul><li>New corporate clients acquired and onboarded.</li></ul><ul><li>Revenue growth from employee engagement and event gifting programs.</li></ul><ul><li>Client retention and repeat business.</li></ul><ul><li>Conversion rate from pitches to confirmed orders.</li></ul><ul><li>Strategic partnerships developed in key industries.</li><li>Location: Defense Phase 08</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
