FORVIA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Law Intern to join our in-house legal team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law within a dynamic and innovative company. The intern will work closely with our inhouse counsel team on various projects and legal matters.</b></p><p>
Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Assist with managing corporate books and records.</li><li>
Help with drafting and reviewing corporate resolutions, powers of attorney, memos, and other legal documents.</li><li>
Conduct legal research and provide summaries on various corporate law topics.</li><li>
Support the legal team in compliance and regulatory matters.</li><li>
Participate in meetings and provide input on legal strategies and decisions.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal requirements are met.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Your profile and competencies to succeed</b></h2>

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.</li><li>

Ensure program costing procedures implementation and golden rules compliance<br>
Estimate cost on a defined product basis (BOM or master principles), using the cost calculation system and database.<br>
Secure utilization of official rates (for materials, plants, machines&hellip;)<br>
Provide cost information status and follow up (monitoring, explanation)<br>
Analyze &amp; challenge cost information provided<br>
Alert line manager &amp; functional manager in case of discrepancies<br>
Check material rates &amp; exchange rate alignment with Budget<br>
Gather and consolidate cost data (part price/ investments/ toolings) according to defined product and likely industrial path<br>
Ensure cost evolution detailed follow up &amp; traceability for piece costs &amp; upfront<br>
Support the program controller into the Business Plan update explanations or Risks &amp; Opportunities estimates<br>
Support cost requests to internal / external (purchasing) suppliers<br>
Support sales teams in the customer ECM technical description (cycle times, material consumption, labor routine, and tooling impacts, &hellip;)<br>
Support sales and purchasing in customer / external supplier negotiation<br>
