What You'll Do</b></h2><p>
As an FSET Case Manager, you'll serve as a coach, advocate, and resource connector for individuals seeking employment and self-sufficiency. You'll build meaningful relationships with participants while helping them navigate challenges and achieve personal and professional goals.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
In this role, you will:</b></h3><p>
✔ Provide strengths-based coaching and support that empowers individuals to succeed<br>
✔ Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans<br>
✔ Connect clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources<br>
✔ Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities<br>
✔ Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated along the way<br>

Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><p>
✔ Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience<br>
✔ Two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field<br>
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills<br>
✔ Ability to build rapport with diverse populations<br>
✔ A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to participant success</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
