This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents in a fast-paced environment that celebrates teamwork and professionalism.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST system, ensuring timely delivery</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations</li><li>Assist with food handling, serving, catering events, and banquets as needed</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction while demonstrating excellent product knowledge</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in upscale dinning.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST is highly desirable</li><li>Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously</li><li>Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales upselling, and restaurant experience are essential</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively environment!
