Job Description 
Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour<ul><li>
Locate open location in the warehouse, cooler, freezer and transport the pallets to the proper location as required</li><li>
Obtain work schedule from supervisor, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations</li><li>
Inspect and verify order with bill of lading, unload pallets, barrels and combos of supplies (meat, beans, TVP, tomato paste, chilies, chili sauce) with a forklift</li><li>
Hand stack materials on pallets when needed</li><li>
Check production schedule and stage raw materials in freezer, cooler and production staging areas for next day&rsquo;s production</li><li>
Monitor the unloading of bulk products as required</li><li>
Rotate goods in the warehouse; perform inventory counts and double stack pallets of supplies as required</li><li>
Perform general housekeeping duties in work area and on the forklift and charge battery on forklift as needed</li><li>
Open loading dock doors, set dock plate in place and prepare the area to receive materials and supplies from tractor/trailers</li><li>
At the end of the shift clean and secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Must have at least 6 months recent experience operating forklifts, power jacks and pallets jacks</li><li>
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and the safety regulations</li><li>
Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform the job</li><li>
Must be able to perform all job functions safely</li><li>
Must be able to lift 50lbs</li><li>
Must be able to follow instructions</li><li>
Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position</li><li>
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time</li><li>
Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check</li></ul>

 Direct and supervise shifts maintenance for the Fresh Plant. Supervise maintenance department and attain department goals and standards; costs, productivity, quality, and safety.

 Perform frequent on-the-job inspections to ensure: safe working habits, safe work areas, quality of workmanship, effectiveness of maintenance and repairs.

 <li>
 Prepare work schedules and mechanic duty assignments as required to support the total maintenance program and the requirements of production and USDA personnel.

 Evaluate, prioritize and schedule maintenance repair requests to ensure timely completion of repair actions.

 Develop on-the-job training programs for new personnel, evaluate and document training records, develop training requirements for new equipment and develop skill-level up-grading test.

 Routinely inspect equipment for needed repairs and maintenance and repair requests.

 Responsible for continuous training programs as directed by the Maintenance Department Supervisor, to increase effectiveness of maintenance staff.

 The Packer is responsible for packing the appropriate number of frozen corndogs in boxes using proper equipment and procedures.

 Works closely with the department supervisors, other department leads and processing employees, in order to accomplish accuracy within the processing department and to ensure that our customers receive quality products.

 Visually inspect and grade product to determine grade for production lines.

Purpose of Position:
The Category Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Foster Farms&rsquo; category leadership across our full portfolio&mdash;including Fresh, Prepared, Foodservice, and Private Label products. This position serves as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams by transforming complex data into actionable insights that strengthen retail partnerships and guide brand strategy.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller with a strong command of syndicated, shopper, and receipt-level data who can influence internal strategy and external sell-in conversations with persuasive, insight-led narratives. 
Responsibilities:
Category Leadership &amp; Insights<ul><li>
Lead the development of category insights across Foster Farms&rsquo; portfolio using data from Circana (IRI), 84.51&deg;, and Numerator to uncover growth opportunities and consumer trends.</li><li>
Translate data into compelling, retailer-ready presentations that position Foster Farms as the trusted category expert and preferred supplier.</li><li>
Identify and communicate category growth drivers, white-space opportunities, and competitive performance to influence assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotional strategies.</li></ul>
Sales Enablement &amp; Buyer Engagement<ul><li>
Build and deliver fact-based sell-in stories that demonstrate the category value of Foster Farms&rsquo; SKUs and secure placement of new and existing items.</li><li>
Partner with Sales to develop strategic recommendations and joint business plans tailored to each retailer&rsquo;s objectives and consumer base.</li><li>
Support customer meetings and line reviews with robust analytics, visualization tools, and persuasive storytelling that highlight Foster Farms&rsquo; category leadership.</li></ul>
Strategic Business Partnership<ul><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade, and Revenue Management to align category insights with brand strategy, pricing architecture, and promotional planning.</li><li>
Serve as the internal voice of the category, guiding strategic decisions and informing innovation and product development initiatives.</li><li>
Deliver regular business updates and category health reports to senior leadership, providing clear recommendations for action.</li></ul>
Analytics &amp; Tools<ul><li>
Leverage advanced analytics and visualization platforms to distill complex data sets into clear insights and impactful visuals.</li><li>
Maintain strong working knowledge of Circana/IRI POS data, retailer-specific tools (84.51&deg;, Retail Link), and shopper panel data (Numerator).</li><li>
Continuously refine reporting and measurement approaches to improve accuracy, speed, and relevance of insights delivered to key stakeholders.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>
5&ndash;8 years of experience in Category Management, Sales Strategy, or Consumer Insights within the CPG industry.</li><li>
Proven success translating data into insights that influence retailer decisions and drive brand growth.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in syndicated and shopper data tools (Circana/IRI, 84.51&deg;, Numerator, Retail Link).</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.</li><li>
