<div></div><div>Foulston is looking for a team member who is interested in working with complex legal documents, has strong organizational skills, and a passion to help others. If this sounds like you, then we would love to meet you! This position would support litigation attorneys in our Overland Park office to help provide our clients with quality legal services. The ideal candidate is intelligent, team oriented, and has a strong desire for excellence!</div>
<div></div><div>Responsibilities include:</div>
<ul><li>Prepare, edit, and revise business and legal documents from drafts and/or templates</li>
<li>Work with document versioning and comparisons</li>
<li>Manage attorney calendars, telephone calls, and mail, as well as make travel arrangements</li>
<li>Maintain client files and documents using the Firm's document management system</li>
<li>Open and close client files following conflict procedures</li>
<li>Communicate with various courts of law including filing documents, scheduling, and conflict resolution</li>
<li>Manage deadline tracking and scheduling for matters</li>
<li>Assist with document production and exhibit preparation</li>
<li>Assist attorneys with recording and editing billable time as well as preparing billing for clients</li>
<li>Communicate professional with clients, courts, and other parties in person, over the phone, and in writing</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned to support the attorneys in fulfillment of the Firm&rsquo;s mission</li>

<div></div><div>The ideal candidate will have:</div>
<ul><li>Excellent technical skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word</li>
<li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail in all your work</li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with use of proper grammar and punctuation</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and outstanding character</li>
<li>Prior experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is desirable</li>
