Foulston is looking for a team member to join our Wichita office as an Office Assistant. This is a full-time, on-site position working 8:00 am &ndash; 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays from 9:00 am &ndash; 1:00 pm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys movement and interacting with a variety of people. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, team player, detail oriented, and has a strong desire for excellence.</div>
<div></div><div>Responsibilities may include:</div>
<ul><li>Serving as courier for the Firm</li>
<li>Filling in for the receptionist</li>
<li>Collecting, processing, and distributing mail</li>
<li>Assisting with document productions</li>
<li>Communicating professionally with clients and other parties</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>

Qualifications include:</div>
<ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude</li>
<li>Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills</li>
<li>Professional telephone skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a professional office environment</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a good driving record</li>
<li>Reliable vehicle with auto insurance</li>
<li>General knowledge of the Wichita area</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 35 lbs.</li>
