We&rsquo;re looking for a Vendor Services Liaison to join our team! In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the link between our company and external vendors&mdash;helping monitor performance, improve processes, and support our Account Servicing operations. If you&rsquo;re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect fit.</div>
Pay Range: USD $24.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr. Responsibilities:<div></div><div><b><br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b> include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</div><ul><li>
Act as the main point of contact for vendor partners</li><li>
Track vendor performance, invoices, and staffing levels</li><li>
Audit processes and suggest improvements to make work more efficient</li><li>
Assist with customer accounts&mdash;taking payments, resolving issues, and supporting delinquency calls</li><li>
Collaborate with managers and team members to improve workflows and policies</li><li>
Step in to support other departments with customer service, paperwork, or after-hours coverage when needed</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
In this role, you&rsquo;ll gain exposure to vendor management, quality control, and process improvement while contributing directly to the success of our Account Servicing operations. Qualifications:
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></h1><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in finance, vendor management, or a related field</li><li>
Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>
Excellent communication skills&mdash;both written and verbal&mdash;with a professional phone presence</li><li>
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>
Ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>
