Position Summary
Foundations to Freedom is seeking a creative, highly organized, and results-driven Graphic Designer, Marketing &amp; Digital Communications Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing compelling visual content, managing marketing initiatives, overseeing website management, implementing SEO strategies, supporting fundraising efforts, and increasing awareness of our programs and services throughout the community.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, marketing, digital communications, website management, and search engine optimization (SEO). The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the organization's brand awareness, community engagement, fundraising efforts, and overall digital presence through strategic marketing and creative design initiatives.
Requirements:

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
Graphic Design<ul><li>
Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, sponsorship packets, annual reports, event materials, banners, signage, newsletters, and promotional items.</li><li>
Create engaging graphics for websites, email campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach programs.</li><li>
Maintain and uphold Foundations to Freedom's brand standards and visual identity.</li><li>
Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns that support organizational goals.</li><li>
Coordinate with staff and leadership to create impactful marketing and educational materials.</li></ul>
Marketing &amp; Communications<ul><li>
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies.</li><li>
Create and distribute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and organizational updates.</li><li>
Assist with media relations, public awareness campaigns, press releases, and community engagement initiatives.</li><li>
Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>
Promote fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities, volunteer initiatives, and community programs.</li><li>
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.</li></ul>
Website Management<ul><li>
Manage and maintain the Foundations to Freedom website, ensuring all content remains current, accurate, and engaging.</li><li>
Update program information, event pages, staff profiles, success stories, blogs, and community resources.</li><li>
Create and manage landing pages for fundraising campaigns, special events, and outreach initiatives.</li><li>
Coordinate website enhancements and work with third-party vendors when necessary.</li><li>
Ensure donation pages, event registrations, and online forms function properly.</li><li>
Monitor website performance and user engagement to improve visitor experience.</li></ul>
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)<ul><li>
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and online visibility.</li><li>
Optimize website content, blogs, event pages, and digital campaigns for search engines.</li><li>
Monitor and analyze website traffic, search rankings, and user engagement using Google Analytics and related tools.</li><li>
Track SEO performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase website traffic, referrals, donations, and community awareness.</li><li>
Assist with Google Ad Grant campaigns and digital advertising initiatives.</li><li>
Ensure website content follows SEO best practices, including metadata, image optimization, internal linking, keyword strategy, and mobile responsiveness.</li></ul>
Content Creation<ul><li>
Create compelling written and visual content that highlights:</li><li>

Event &amp; Community Outreach Support<ul><li>
Design and coordinate promotional materials for fundraising events and community outreach initiatives.</li><li>
Assist with sponsorship recognition and donor engagement materials.</li><li>
Coordinate event marketing timelines and promotional schedules.</li><li>
