 As Growth Lead, You Will
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven growth strategy for the UAE market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build local communities of users, advocates, and partners who champion nsave&rsquo;s mission.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish strategic partnerships with fintech accelerators, universities, and financial institutions to expand reach and awareness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead acquisition and retention initiatives, including digital campaigns, referral programs, and localized engagement strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms) to measure performance and drive continuous optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product and tech teams to adapt user experiences and address local market needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to guide business decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report key growth KPIs to ensure strong ROI and consistent scaling.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Proven experience in growth, marketing, or business development, ideally within fintech, digital banking, or tech startups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of the UAE&rsquo;s digital landscape and consumer behavior.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in performance marketing and analytics tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
