<div><b>SUMMARY:</b>
</div><ul><li>Prepares a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers in place.</li>
<li>Portions, washes, peels, slices and mixes vegetables, fruits, pastas and other ingredients for entrees, appetizers, salads and garnishes.</li>
<li>Carves and slices meats, cheese.</li>
<li>Measures and mixes ingredient to make salad dressings, sauces, salads and hot and cold food items following recipes.</li>

<b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>The Prep Cook Hot-Cold&rsquo;s primary responsibilities will include:</li>
<li>Washes, peels, chops or dices food and vegetables. Slices cold meats and prepares seafood.</li>
<li>Prepares an extensive variety of cold food items utilizing standardized recipes and portions food as specified.</li>
<li>Tastes all food prepared to ensure proper flavor, texture and consistency and that items meet established quality standards.</li>
<li>Washes and cleans all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production.</li>
<li>Ensures that sanitation standards are maintained.</li>
<li>Complies with standards of personal cleanliness and proper uniform at all times.</li>
<li>Complies with management and peers assisting with other duties, if needed.</li>
<li>Demonstrates awareness of costs relative to this position.</li>
<li>Selects, Maintains and reports any damage to knives, hand tools, utensils and equipment to portion, cut, slice, broil, garnish, maintain holding temperature or otherwise produce food in the prep station.</li>
<li>Exhibits a high level of professionalism, honesty and a true passion to be the best at your job at all times maintaining our company culture.</li>
<li>Assist in prep work of vegetables and condiments as required for the next shift.</li>

<b>REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITY:</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, or flat top grill.</li>
</ul><div><b>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</b></div>
<ul><li>Education &ndash;High school diploma required.</li>
<li>Experience &ndash; One-year experience in related field preferred.</li>
