Job Responsibilities</div></div><div></div><div><br>

<li>Lead development and maintenance of customization and enhancements within the SAP ECC landscape of SAP Payroll provided via SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll</li>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows</li>
<li>Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs</li>
<li>Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of the project</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems</li>
<li>Optimize and enhance existing ABAP code for performance improvements</li>
<li>Provide technical support and maintenance for SAP HR and Payroll applications within SuccessFactors EC Payroll</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards</li>
<li>Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members</li>
<li>Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity</li>
<li>Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions</li>

<li>Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's</li>
