We have an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager in one of the nicest retail and office centers in Naples.Ideally, applicants would have property management experience. Estimated 20 hours per week and can be a flexible schedule.Requirements*Banking &amp; Quickbooks- depositing &amp; reconciling rent payment from our 45 tenants.<ul><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Word &amp; Excel</li><li>Filing Administrative Documents, Online Account Management</li><li>Paying Vendors &amp; Contractors</li><li>Editing new leases, addendums and extensions</li><li>Tenant relations; unit walk-throughs and various communication regarding leases before, during and after lease period</li><li>Scheduling appointments</li><li>Coordination of Maintenance List</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Naples, FL 34109
