Were now looking for a talented <b>Art Director</b> to join our UAE team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai someone who can lead visual thinking, elevate creative output and bring bold ideas to life across platforms.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What Youll Do</b></h2><p>
This role sits at the heart of creative development and execution shaping how brands show up visually across social, digital and campaigns.</p><p></p><p>
Your role will include:</p><p></p><ul>
<li>Leading the visual direction of social-first campaigns, content series and always-on output
</li><li>Developing strong creative concepts and translating them into standout executions
</li><li>Working closely with copywriters, strategists and account teams to bring ideas to life
</li><li>Creating and overseeing high-quality designs across static, motion and video formats
</li><li>Ensuring all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
</li><li>Directing designers, motion artists and external production partners where needed
</li><li>Bringing a strong eye for layout, typography, storytelling and visual consistency
</li><li>Contributing to pitches and new business with strong conceptual thinking and presentation-ready work
</li><li>Staying on top of trends, formats and platform behaviours to keep content fresh and relevant

What You Bring</b></h2><p>
Were looking for someone with strong creative instincts and the ability to turn ideas into high-impact visuals.</p><p></p><p>
Youll bring:</p><p></p><ul>
<li>Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer or similar creative role (agency preferred)
</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing social, digital and campaign work
</li><li>A deep understanding of visual storytelling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
</li><li>Experience working across static, motion and video-led content
</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a high bar for craft and execution
</li><li>Confidence presenting ideas and explaining creative rationale
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
