We're on the lookout for a Quality Associate to ensure every product meets Four Hands' high standards before it reaches our customers. In this role, you'll be performing detailed inspections and collaborating with team members to quickly resolve any product issues. This is a great opportunity to directly support Four Hands' commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.<br>

Shift Time: 7AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday</div>
<p><b>
In This Role</b></p>
<p></p>
<ul><li>Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using our warehouse management systems on computers and tablets</li>
<li>Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems</li>
<li>Utilize barcode scanners for accurate inventory management</li>
<li>Operate a variety of tools daily, including hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging materials</li>
<li>Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if trained, forklifts or pickers to move products</li>
<li>Unpack, rework, and repack products to their original condition as needed</li>
<li>Accurately identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading</li>
<li>Assist with unloading and loading containers or trailers as required</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications</li>

</li></ul><p><b>The Ideal Person</b></p>
<p></p>
<ul><li>1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li>
<li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance</li>
<li>Willingness to work overtime as needed</li>

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. SOC Analyst to support our global security team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience with enterprise security tools and incident response workflows, while helping monitor and triage low-level alerts in a primarily Microsoft and Azure-based environment.</div>
<p><b>
In This Role</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in reviewing and documenting low-rated security alerts and incidents</li>
<li>Conduct preliminary checks and triage under guidance before escalation</li>
<li>Gain understanding of how escalation procedures work and how the security team collaborates with IT partners</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring and reviewing logs and alerts from our SIEM, with a focus on Microsoft, Azure, Aruba, and Meraki environments</li>
<li>Support analysis by noting unusual activity or recurring patterns. Track and document alerts, incidents, and follow-up actions</li>
<li>Assist with collecting indicators of compromise (IOCs) for further analysis</li>
<li>Observe how low-rated alerts can be leveraged to identify anomalies that may signal potential threats</li>
<li>Participate in reviews of incident investigations to understand their origin, impact, and resolution</li>
<li>Learn how findings are documented and how recommendations are developed to improve detection, reduce false positives, and enhance response times for future incidents</li>
<li>Contribute to process documentation for security monitoring and incident response workflows</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualification</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn

</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred; relevant certifications and hands-on experience considered equivalent</li>
