What You&rsquo;ll Do

The Teller contributes to the success of the branch by delivering exceptional member experiences while processing transactions and fostering long-lasting relationships. Responsible for processing all financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. The expectation is to build member relationships with the ability to share product knowledge solutions, identify member needs to identify beneficial FourLeaf products and services and refer members to the platform or business partners when an additional opportunity is identified. Monday to Saturday availability required.

Core Contributions
<ul>
<li>Operations:
<ul><li>Effectively process financial transactions by utilizing FourLeaf systems in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to deposits, withdrawals, payment, issuing bank checks, money orders, gift cards and process Speed Deposit and Night Drop transactions, if applicable.
</li><li>Make sound decisions that adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. i.e. making determinations for check holds while adhering to funds availability policy.</li>
<li>Identify red flags based on risk guidelines and refer escalations to supervisors when necessary.</li>
<li>Manage teller line and drive-up traffic to limit waiting times.</li>
</ul></li><li>Member Experience:
<ul><li>Provide exceptional member experiences by cultivating relationships.</li>
<li>Identify member needs and recommend beneficial products and services.</li>
<li>Refer members to the platform or business partners to further assist the member with their banking needs.</li>
<li>Engage with members as they enter the branch by welcoming them.</li>
<li>Assist with lobby management by checking in with members waiting for platform services.</li>
<li>Process requests that can be managed at the teller line. Ex: printing of debit cards, submitting fraud claims and disputes, etc.</li>
</ul></li><li>Compliance:
<ul><li>Support the branch by participating in opening/closing procedures, daily reports, audit tasks and dual control.</li>
<li>Maintain controls, reconciliations and reports as needed or required. This includes, but is not limited to verifying currency, balancing individual cash box/cash recyclers (TCR), daily reports, CTR&rsquo;s, SAR&rsquo;s.</li>
<li>Stay abreast and adhere to policies, procedures, and banking regulations.</li>
<li>Identify and handle existing, emerging risks and fraud trends to minimize exposure to members and FourLeaf.</li>
<li>Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Asset Control.</li>
</ul></li><li>Strategy:
<ul><li>Participate in the overall success of the individual, branch, Retail Banking and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding assigned performance goals and metrics.</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>Assets You Will Bring
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.</li>
<li>PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.</li>
<li>Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.</li>
</ul>
The expected salary for this role is $20 per hour. What You&rsquo;ll Do

The Consumer Loan Specialist plays a key role in supporting members on their financial journey by providing knowledgeable and responsive service. Core responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries related to Consumer Loans and assisting with new applications in alignment with established lending policies. This role upholds the organization&rsquo;s commitment to delivering an extraordinary member experience.

This position is open to flexible work options including a remote set up.

Core Contributions
<ul>
<li>Serve as a key point of contact within an inbound call center environment, responding promptly to Consumer Loan inquiries via the Five9 platform in accordance with established service level objectives. Ensure a high-quality, personalized member experience through effective communication and timely follow-up.</li>
<li>Perform in-depth consultative assessments to identify and evaluate member needs, delivering tailored solutions aligned with their financial goals. Clearly communicate available programs and processes, setting accurate expectations to ensure a transparent and informed member experience.</li>
<li>Accurately complete all required fields within the Loan Operating System in accordance with established departmental Standard Operating Procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.</li>
<li>Responsible for achieving individual performance objectives and effectively managing the loan pipeline, while closely monitoring loans in process to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience throughout the lending journey.</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FourLeaf lending program guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and effective execution. Proactively identify opportunities for collaboration across departments to enhance member engagement and support broader organizational initiatives.</li>
<li>Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy ACT (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.</li>
</ul>
Certifications: NMLS registered or ability to become NMLS registered upon hire.

The estimated salary for this role is $23.96 to $28.15 per hour.
