Four Paws Veterinary Center</b> is seeking a full-time <b>Client Service Representative</b> (CSR) to join our team in <b>Dublin, CA</b>.</div><div>

CSRs are valuable members of our veterinary team, and we treat them as such. As a CSR, you will be the client&rsquo;s first and last impression of Blue Springs. It&rsquo;s important that all clients feel welcome, safe, and comfortable which is why it takes a special person who can engage with both humans and animals alike with compassion, patience and understanding. The primary responsibility of a CSR is to be efficient in front desk operations while effectively bridging communication between pet owners and our veterinary team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Greet and welcome each visitor and assess their needs</li><li>
Handle incoming phone calls/emails and determine the urgency</li><li>
Perform client check-ins and check-outs, including reviewing invoices</li><li>
Communicate visit expectations to clients, assist owners with pet management to minimize unsafe situations and client&rsquo;s stress</li><li>
Process and document financial transactions accurately
</li><li>Schedule appointments based on client expectations, patient medical requirements and clinic needs</li><li>
Manage emergency situations and walk-ins
</li><li>Respond to online requests for products, prescriptions or client questions in a timely manner</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness in the lobby areas, exam rooms, and general stocking of client or patient areas</li><li>
Recommend products available to clients through our facilities</li></ul><div>

Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>
At least two years of customer service experience required</li><li>
Experience in a veterinary practice (or human medical practice) preferred</li><li>
General computer skills and ability to learn multiple programs</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve
</li><li>Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>
Team player, have patience and maintain a positive attitude</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds</li><li>
Schedule is 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts per day</li></ul><p><b>
Compensation and Benefits:</b></p><ul><li><b>
Pay is $18 - $19 per hour (DOE)</b></li><li>
