Job Brief We are looking for a professional grill cook to prepare food to the exact chef and sous chef&rsquo;s specifications. Duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Shift will be Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm with flexible wage based on experience. Great for someone looking to work only days.Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies</li><li>Prepare food for service</li><li>Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff</li><li>Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef&rsquo;s instructions</li><li>Clean up station and take care of leftover food</li><li>Stock inventory appropriately</li><li>Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers</li><li>Great for someone with</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Great knife skills</li><li>Fish fabrication skills</li><li>An excellent attitude and desire to work well as part of a team</li><li>Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook</li><li>Valid Drivers License</li><li>Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures</li><li>Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks</li><li>10+ years experience</li></ul>Application<ul><li>Must provide at least three work related (previous kitchen manager, supervisor, etc.) references, along with contact information for the references being provided.</li><li>After sending resume and cover letter via email, candidate should call the head chef at 850-602-5985.</li><li>Do NOT call before 2 pm.
