 About The Role
 
 
 
 Assume responsibility for the execution of the Reservation Department&rsquo;s policies and procedures and manage the daily operation. Maintain reservation standards. Conduct standards testing including call observation. Conduct regular WRO test calls and provide timely feedback. Work quickly in a high-pressure environment and ability to handle stress.  Leading, coaching, motivating and developing our reservations team.

 Focusing on quality assurance, call and email conversion, voice sales effectiveness, sell out and upsell efficiency.

 Maintaining Global standards on reservation related areas (Market code, profile, data field) and work closely with the Worldwide Reservations Office.
 </li>

 Being involved in revenue management decisions such as inventory management, distribution channel management, overbooking and weekly 21 day forecasting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively drive sales for the Hotel by maintaining business relationships with travel agents, corporate and leisure business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with other departments on a day to day basis including Sales and Front Desk.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to assume responsibility for the execution of the Reservation Department&rsquo;s policies and procedures and manage the daily operation

 Residential Public Area Attendant
 
 is responsible for keeping all residential common areas, both interior and exterior, in addition to the administrative areas clean and well stocked.
 
 
 
 TASKS

 Check, clean and restock all residential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room, residential corridors, and all common areas (e.g. Carpark, garden, residence lounge, kids club, youth club, indoor &amp; outdoor swimming pool area, locker rooms, cinema, golf simulation room, massage room, meeting room, fitness center, back of the house bathrooms, kitchen and kitchenettes...)and heart-of-house space (inclusive of office space etc.)

 Anticipates residents&rsquo; needs and takes ownership of concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure satisfaction. Offers a special personalized touch when an opportunity is presented.

 Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery; reports defects and accidents to management immediately. Is competent in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures and trained in accident response.

 Cleans and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards

 Maintain cleanliness, inventory, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, pool and Fitness Center and have the ability to provide proper and safe operation of the equipment in these areas.

 Ensure pool area meets health and safety requirements through cleaning.

 Work closely, accurately with Public Area Supervisor and Residences Manager.

 Ensure compliance of checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of locker rooms are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all locker room equipment.

 Mechanic - HVAC Technician

 HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician, installs and repairs various air quality systems. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
 
 
 Technicians must knowledgeable to inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot the systems and equipment. They run tests and interpret the results to make effective recommendations to fix faulty or broken equipment.

 An HVAC technician must be able to identify a problem and fix it. Whether dealing with an air conditioner that is not blowing cold air or a heater that makes a strange noise, an HVAC technician must identify what is broken and get it working again.
