 Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback for banquet staff.

 Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.

 What You Bring

 Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or food &amp; beverage supervisory roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.

 Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large teams.

 <li>
 Knowledge of banquet setup standards and service techniques.
 </li>

 to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the In Room Dining Department in absence of the Manager.
 
 
 To work to ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel&rsquo;s guest rooms &amp; suites. To follow the wishes and preferences of our guests.
 
 
 Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette. Take guest in-room dining orders. Communicate special requests to the kitchen. Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. Respond and answer guests' requests and inquiries. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 We are looking for an individual who can delight guests by supervising the In-Room Dining experiences through a detailed and guest-focused perspective. You will receive guest requests and communicate directly with the team to deliver the best personal dining experience possible, taking action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role.
 
 
 2 years&rsquo; experience of relevant experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel, Technical education in Hospitality management or service methods is preferred.

 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Reservations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Reservations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring that all guest inquiries and bookings are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of personalized service. You will play a key role in maximizing room revenue, maintaining strong relationships with internal departments, and ensuring an exceptional pre-arrival experience for all guests.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Supervise the daily operations of the reservations team to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service excellence.

 <li>
 Assist in managing room inventory, rates, and availability in coordination with Revenue and Sales departments.
 </li>

 Monitor and analyze booking patterns, group blocks, and reservation trends to optimize occupancy and revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle VIP, group, and special reservation requests with a high level of attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Reservations Manager in training, coaching, and developing team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all guest data is accurate and up to date in the system (Opera, PMS, or equivalent).
 </li>

 Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

 Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.

 Qualifications &amp; Skills

 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
