 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Spa Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle guest complaint, concerns or special requests for guests. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

 The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the guest&rsquo;s stay and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Front Office, reporting to the Front Desk Manager.

 Maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement.

 Assisting electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors, and associated equipment.

 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Uncover, prospect and sell group and individual business, in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that sales activities, individual accounts and group bookings are focused and coordinated with transient demand to yield the maximum revenue per available room.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and support all FS sales and marketing MOS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruit, select and familiarize sales department personnel with the Hotel and their functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and control work relationships, areas of accountability and performance of the personnel assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximum employee morale and productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct sales activities of the hotel to achieve budgeted goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and identify current and future business trends to insure profitable sales in periods of low and high demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client's needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be proactive and creative in developing sales and marketing solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively sell and manage their key accounts and territory as #1 priority.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and confirm sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster good communication and work productively with all Worldwide Sales Offices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Sales Managers by participating in solving problems of guest room and function space conflicts, salvaging of accounts which have threatened cancellation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate special sales activities, promotions, sales trips, trade shows, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the coordination of various department's activities related to booked business to ensure customer satisfaction and hotel profitability.

 </ul>
 
 What You Will Bring

 Minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role within a five-star luxury hotel in the Middle East.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market share growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly driven, results-oriented, and passionate about luxury hospitality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
