 About The Role
 
 
 
 At Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, the Electrician ensures the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems throughout the property. This role is crucial to maintaining the high standards of safety, functionality, and luxury that our guests expect.
 
 
 What you will do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and appliances across the property.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Install and maintain lighting fixtures, wiring, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and Four Seasons maintenance standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to support daily operations and special projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to guest and staff requests regarding electrical concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in energy conservation programs and contribute ideas to improve system efficiency.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What you bring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of English; Arabic is a plus.

 About The Role
 
 
 
 As Chief Engineer at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, you will oversee all engineering operations, ensuring the resort&rsquo;s systems and facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Leading a dedicated team, you&rsquo;ll manage preventive maintenance, support sustainability initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of luxury and safety. This role is key to delivering the exceptional quality and comfort Four Seasons is known for.
 
 
 What you will do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement the 10/5 Rule at all times during work hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 activities of engineering department team members.The ability to hire, train, supervise, schedule, motivate, positively discipline and plan the
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to complete, evaluate and follow-up on employee performance reviews and six month&rsquo;s progress reports on a timely basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to ensure that effective and concise preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to plan and implement procedures, systems and controls to ensure an efficient, timely and pro-active engineering department.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to establish 5 Year Plan and Department Operating Budget for submission to management covering costs of heat, light &amp; power and maintenance &amp; repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to communicate maintenance information accurately and effectively to the Director Of Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to prepare an annual, itemized, Capital Budget to management, including all changes and replacements of mechanical equipment required by all departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to develop and update comprehensive departmental polices, procedures and manuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to maintain all the fire Life Safety equipment in first class order. Ensure that the fire-life-safety crew has a complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms, and are trained in Emergency First Response to include CPR.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to establish good working relationships with contractors whom will furnish reliable 24-hour emergency service.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
