About the RoleFour Stars Ceramic and Sanitary is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our growing team in Sharjah. As a key member of our administrative department, you will provide essential support across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll assistance and visa processing.If you are a highly organized professional with a passion for people and a solid understanding of UAE Labor Law, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.</li><li>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding: Facilitate the orientation process for new hires and manage exit formalities for departing employees.</li><li>Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records (passports, visas, Emirates IDs, and contracts).</li><li>Visa &amp; PRO Coordination: Assist in the processing of employment visas, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with UAE regulations.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Attendance: Monitor daily attendance, manage leave requests, and assist the Finance department with monthly payroll preparation via WPS.</li><li>Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all HR activities align with the latest UAE Labor Law and MOHRE guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of HR or administrative experience in the UAE.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a significant plus).</li><li>Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and visa processing procedures.</li><li>Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a professional demeanor.</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Location: Sharjah, UAE.</li><li>Job Type: Full-time.</li><li>Schedule: Standard office hours (Day shift).</li><li>Salary: Competitive, based on experience.</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Four Stars Ceramic and Sanitary, we value integrity and hard work. Job Title: Accountant (Female Preferred)Job Location: Sharjah, UAEJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized Female Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience handling corporate accounts, and the ability to work independently.Note: Possession of a valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Bookkeeping &amp; Ledgers: Manage daily accounting entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit &amp; Loss, Cash Flow).</li><li>Invoicing &amp; Payments: Issue commercial invoices, track outstanding payments, and follow up closely on collections.</li><li>VAT Compliance: Prepare, review, and file quarterly UAE VAT returns in accordance with FTA regulations.</li><li>Banking Operations: Handle bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage petty cash accounts.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Costing: (If applicable) Monitor inventory valuations and coordinate with operations to reconcile physical stock with system data.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Gender: Female Preferred</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 2&ndash;4 years of accounting experience (preferably within the UAE).</li><li>Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally).</li><li>Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.</li><li>Languages: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
