EMT help patients by providing information, services, and assistance. Other duties include securing medical records; maintaining medical supplies inventory; performing preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating;EMT Job Duties:*Work closely with NP and pharmacy techs.*Check vitals and triage on new and existing clients.*Enter client info as well as medication into system.*Schedule clients to see NP.*Blood draws and Injections under supervision of NP.*Follow up on all requested information.*Evaluate sick clients/screen for higher level of care need.*Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit.*Prepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; reporting patient history summary.*Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding; keeping patient information confidential.*Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.*Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.*Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.Medical Assistant Skills and Qualifications:Supply Management, Verbal Communication, Infection Control, Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Organization, Scheduling, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Confidentiality, Bedside Manner, Medical TeamworkJob Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Espanola, NM 87532 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Espanola, NM 87532: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
