Inbound &amp;amp; OutboundCoordination:&#61623; Coordinate inbound activities including receipt of materials fromvendors, transporters, and third parties.&#61623; Monitor materials against invoice quantities; escalate and resolveany quantity mismatches or quality issues promptly.&#61623; Ensure all materials are uploaded accurately and recorded inERP/WMS.Warehouse Operations &amp;amp;Planning:&#61623; Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring smooth andsafe operations.&#61623; Manpower Planning &amp;amp; Management as per work load&#61623; Managing all the operational activities at 3PL Warehouse&#61623; Manage warehouse shifting or reorganization projects, whenrequired.&#61623; Plan and procurement of packaging materials and warehousestationery as needed.&#61623; Review daily order punching, dispatch status, and material flow.&#61623; Handle day-to-day operational challenges effectively andefficiently.Dispatch &amp;amp; LogisticsManagement:&#61623; Monitor daily dispatches as per dispatch plan.&#61623; Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) agencies for timely andaccurate deliveries.&#61623; Review and manage logistics plans, vehicle availability, anddispatch scheduling.&#61623; Address and resolve logistics-related complaints (e.g., delay,short/excess delivery).Storage &amp;amp; InventoryManagement:&#61623; Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems to trackstock accurately.&#61623; Ensure proper storage of materials and optimal utilization ofwarehouse space.&#61623; Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with ERPsystem.&#61623; Monitor and maintain stock levels as per Min-Max planning; ensuretimely replenishment of low-stock items.&#61623; Plan and execute liquidation strategies for non-moving inventory.&#61623; Oversee sale return processing and clearance.StakeholderCoordination:&#61623; Liaise with Purchase team for product availability andreplenishment needs.&#61623; Collaborate with the Customer Connect team for dispatch plans,delays, and issue resolution.&#61623; Coordinate with Sales and third party logistic for smooth outboundoperations.&#61623; Coordination With Account Team for paymentCost &amp;amp; OperationalEfficiency:&#61623; Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities acrosswarehousing and logistics operations without compromisingservice quality.&#61623; Monitor usage of packaging and consumables; optimize materialplanning to reduce wastage and costs.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;90,000.00 - &#8377;95,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
