HR Generalist

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finished Goods Warehouse (FG Store).&#61623; Monitor inward and outward stock movement, ensuring proper recording and reporting.&#61623; Plan and execute timely dispatch of vehicles as per customer and production schedules.&#61623; Maintain and verify all required documentation including dispatch, stock, and compliancerecords.&#61623; Ensure accurate SAP transactions for stock, dispatches, and related warehouse activities.&#61623; Implement best practices in warehouse management to improve efficiency, spaceutilization, and safety.&#61623; Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team while preparing a second line of leadership forFG &amp;amp; Store functions.&#61623; Coordinate with Production, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth orderexecution.&#61623; Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation with SAP records.&#61623; Drive continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse &amp;amp; dispatch operations.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
