You&rsquo;ll learn legal workflow and document production in a firm where quality matters and your work makes a real difference. If you&rsquo;re coachable, detail-driven, and want a stable professional path, we can teach the right person.We are open to hiring either:<ul><li>An experienced paralegal, or</li><li>A &ldquo;junior&rdquo; paralegal candidate with strong aptitude and the right mindset</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Draft, proofread, and finalize probate documents (templates provided; training available)</li><li>Prepare and draft deeds using templates, ensuring property descriptions are transferred accurately</li><li>Enter client data into our software precisely and consistently</li><li>Organize and maintain digital and paper files (scanning, naming, saving to the right place)</li><li>Track workflow steps and assist in moving our work forward expeditiously</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and support a smooth, calm client experience</li><li>Help improve office systems and processes as we grow</li></ul>What Success Looks Like - We&rsquo;ll train and coach you toward this level of independence:<ul><li>You are able to run our core processes confidently with minimal assistance, asking questions along the way while taking ownership of your work</li><li>Your work is accurate, organized, and timely for our clients</li><li>The office feels steady and supported because you&rsquo;re working a step ahead</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForRequired<ul><li>Exceptionally detail-oriented</li><li>Logical, organized, and process-oriented</li><li>Business judgment and customer service orientation</li><li>Coachable and eager to learn</li><li>Strong written communication and proofreading skills</li><li>Comfortable with routine, repeatable work while taking pride in doing it well</li><li>Able to self-manage: sees what needs to happen next and follows through</li></ul>Preferred (but not required)<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a law firm, professional office, or document-heavy role</li><li>Exposure to estate planning documents, deeds, or legal software</li><li>Demonstrated experience handling sensitive/confidential information</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive compensation, based on experience</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Full-time, in-office position (no remote); Part-time employment also considered.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How does this role fits into your short- and long-term career plans ?</li><li>Share a specific example of a time when getting the details right in your work has been important and how you managed it.</li><li>Are you seeking a full or part-time position? </li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Morristown, TN 37814 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
