Job Description: WordPress DeveloperWe are on the lookout for a talented and passionate WordPress Developer to join our growing team! If you love building high-quality websites, enjoy solving challenges creatively, and get excited about crafting seamless digital experiences &mdash; this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes and plugins.</li><li>Build custom themes and plugins when required.</li><li>Work with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.</li><li>Convert Figma/PSD designs into fully responsive WordPress websites.</li><li>Optimize website performance, speed, and security.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues, bugs, and errors.</li><li>Manage website migrations, backups, updates, and hosting configurations.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.</li><li>Hands-on experience with custom post types, ACF, and theme framework customization.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices and on-page optimization.</li><li>Ability to debug code and understand error logs.</li><li>Understanding of website speed optimization techniques (caching, image optimization, minification, CDN).</li><li>Knowledge of hosting environments such as cPanel, Plesk, or cloud servers.</li><li>Experience working with APIs is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with WooCommerce, membership sites, or LMS platforms.</li><li>Ability to create one-click demo imports for custom themes (strong advantage!).</li><li>Worked with ThemeForest-level standards.</li><li>Knowledge of Git, version control, and deployment workflows.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a passion for clean, well-structured code.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A dynamic environment packed with exciting projects.</li><li>Opportunity to learn, grow, and experiment with new technologies.</li><li>Supportive team culture with room for creativity and innovation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
