Senior Human Resources ManagerOverview Fox Chase Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This pivotal role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee evaluation, strategic planning, and organizational design, along with proficiency in HR software such as Oracle, Kronos, and Salesforce.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding</li><li>Conduct employee evaluations and manage performance processes to enhance workforce productivity</li><li>Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational objectives</li><li>Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity</li><li>Collaborate with management to design organizational structures that promote efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Administer workers' compensation programs and ensure regulatory compliance</li><li>Utilize HR software (Oracle, Kronos, Salesforce) for data management, reporting, and analytics</li><li>Foster open communication at all levels to enhance employee engagement</li><li>Lead change initiatives and organizational improvement efforts</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master&rsquo;s preferred</li><li>Proven experience in a senior HR role with focus on strategic planning and organizational development</li><li>Strong knowledge of employee evaluation processes, recruiting, and HR best practices</li><li>Proficiency with HR software systems such as Oracle, Kronos, and Salesforce</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively across all levels</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational improvements</li><li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality</li></ul>Why Join Us?
