<div><div>Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in multiple offices for a Trust &amp; Estate Associate to join our Taxation &amp; Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience with estate planning and trust administration. Our Trust &amp; Estate Practice is nationally recognized for advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate planning, tax strategies, and wealth preservation. This position offers client interaction, and the chance to work on complex matters for a nationally recognized firm that values collaboration and your expertise. Qualifications:
<ul><li>Juris Doctorate (JD) is required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of California.</li>
<li>Admission to practice in U.S. Tax Court is a plus.
</li><li>LLM in Taxation is a plus but not required.</li></ul> 
Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:
<ul><li>Prepare initial drafts of estate plans for existing clients, including those with complicated family dynamics and structures.</li>
<li>Assist with restatements of existing clients&rsquo; plans and funding of revocable trusts.</li>
<li>Handle trust administration cases, including division of existing irrevocable trusts into sub-trusts and drafting pleadings and managing trust cases in probate court.</li>
<li>Draft pleadings and handle probate court cases.</li>
<li>Interface with tax litigators and independent valuation experts and accountants .</li>
<li>Review and negotiate fee agreements with experts, trustees, appraisers, and tax preparers.</li>
<li>Draft indemnity agreements and coordinate with valuation professionals.</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge and ability to review federal gift and estate tax returns; foundational knowledge of gift, estate, income, and California property tax planning concepts.</li>
<li>Strong academic record and analytical skills are required.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Large law firm experience strongly preferred.</li></ul>

 Compensation &amp; Benefits
<ul><li>The salary range for this position applies to California. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $225,000 to $250,000 in California.</li>

<div><div>Description: Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm, has an opening in Oklahoma City, OK for a senior attorney in the Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have ten (10) or more years of relevant litigation experience. 
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma. 
Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:
<ul><li>Strong research, writing skills, and academic record required.</li>
<li>General litigation, courtroom, and deposition experience desired.</li>
<li>Experience in oil and gas matters desired.</li>
<li>Federal Clerkship a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work as part of a dynamic litigation team in a fast paced practice.</li></ul>
