<div><div>Foxconn is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance (QA) activities across PCBA, mechanical, and system-level manufacturing processes. This role is responsible for reviewing factory yield and failure analysis data provided by Manufacturing Quality Engineers and Failure Analysis Technicians, identifying trends, and driving root cause investigations and corrective actions.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure continuous quality improvement and compliance with industry standards. A strong emphasis is placed on supplier quality management and cross-functional collaboration to meet Foxconn&rsquo;s commitment to product excellence. 
Key Job Responsibilities Include:</div><ul><li>
Oversee and manage all QA operations including inspections, product reliability, supplier management and root cause analysis.</li><li>
Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team to build a high-performance, accountable, and continuous improvement culture.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through regular quality reviews, action plans, and reporting.</li><li>
Champion quality improvement initiatives, preventive actions, and resolution of customer complaints.</li><li>
Lead internal audits and manage external audits or certifications in compliance with industry standards.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated training programs.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications Include:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex quality data.</li><li>
Familiar with SMT processes and proficient in quality standards such as IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-600.</li><li>
Working knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.</li><li>
Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and driving change in fast-paced manufacturing environments.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.</li><li>
Demonstrated resilience under pressure and excellent collaboration skills across departments.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Strong leadership, problem solving and teamwork capabilities.</li></ul><div> 

Preferred Qualifications Include:</div><ul><li>
Experience working with quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485.</li><li>
Formal certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent.</li><li>

Quality Manager (NVD)

<div>Main Functions 
CUSTOMER SUPPORT: The Production Planner will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day communication with customers takes place in a timely fashion. This includes order status, shipment advice, reschedules, customer reports, etc. 
 
PRODUCTION AND SHIPMENT SCHEDULE: The Production Planner will be responsible for ensuring efficient production capacity utilization based on customer-requested delivery date, order priority, material availability, and production skills. The Production Planner will also be responsible for the daily shipping schedule and execution. 
 
CUSTOMER PERFORMANCE: The Production Planner will be responsible for measuring the performance of the customer relationship. This will cover the shipment/delivery performance, cancellations, invoicing errors, etc., to ensure that the business is in line with the quotation. 
 
Duties And Responsibilities
 
The Production Planner will be required to measure and report on these Metrics on the prescribed frequency. 
 
ORDER ADMINISTRATION: The Production Planner, working with the Customer, will be responsible for the order administration process from order receipt through to shipping and invoicing. 
 
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: The Production Planner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective lines of communication with the customer. This must deliver an accurate reporting system that will provide all required management information to the customer at the frequency and in the format that is acceptable to the customer. 
 
CUSTOMER DOCUMENTS: The Production Planner will be responsible for the management of customer documents that are required by PCE. 
 
ORDER BOOK ADMINISTRATION: The Production Planner will be responsible for the administration of all backlog, cancellations, and reschedules. It will also be required to respond to the Customer as quickly as possible to advise if changes can be accepted and what the impact/implications of such changes would be. 
 
SHIPPING: The Production Planner will be responsible for providing a daily shipping plan and outlook based on customer-requested deadlines. The Production Planner will be responsible for supporting the shipping team with providing the necessary information in a timely manner, training, and development of systems as required. 
 
TEAMWORK: The Production Planner will be responsible for cooperation with other departments that will be required to achieve the operational objectives of the group. The Production Planner should be able to assess problem situations, analyze the data, and, with the support of the relevant groups, make the best decision to take the business forward. It will also be required to liaise closely with the peer group of Production Planners to resolve any potential conflicts between customer accounts that may arise.<ul><li>

The Production Planner will have at least two years of experience in a Commercial role, preferably within a high-volume, manufacturing environment.</li><li>
The Production Planner will have a current full passport.</li><li>
The Production Planner must be flexible with working hours and foreign travel, on the basis that overtime is expected</li><li>

Production Planner (IB4)

<div>Main Functions 
Production Planning Coordination: 
Responsible for managing the master production planning and capacity planning processes from order receipt to production plan approval. Coordinates with different departments (logistics, engineering, quality, material supply, production, warehouse) to ensure accurate and timely production execution and delivery. 
 
Production Execution Monitoring: 
Monitors and ensures that the production plan is in line with delivery deadlines. Key responsibilities include meeting the production schedule, managing and communicating any deviations, and closing work orders timely for financial reporting. 
 
Product Life Cycle Planning: 
Participates and understanding product lifecycle to accounts for resources, material, and capacity planning from introduction of new products into production and coordinating the end-of-life process. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities 
Optimize inventory levels: 
Working with the materials management team, you are responsible for determining and tracking optimal inventory levels, taking into account the turnover rate and shrinkage. Set proper buffer level based on material classification. 
 
Capacity Planning and Analysis: 
Analyzes production capacities, machine time, and human resources to ensure production needs are met in both the long and short term. 
 
Order and Production Tracking: 
Responsible for tracking current orders and production statuses, analyzing discrepancies, and taking necessary corrective actions. 
 
Manage objectives and KPIs: 
Responsible for setting, tracking, and reporting department-related performance indicators (e.g., OTD &ndash; on-time delivery, inventory turnover, capacity utilization). 
 
Team Leadership: 
Manages the planning team, coordinates tasks on a daily basis, sets goals, and conducts regular performance reviews. Promotes team development and supports internal collaboration. 
 
Qualifications/Experience 
Higher education (logistics, engineering, or economics) 
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production planning or a similar field 
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
