This position is responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining all test software/hardware tasks and resources to support production manufacturing. Office located in Houston, not remote, hybrid; expected in office during workday.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Work with Test Development Engineer to develop test scripts, implement test plan, and smoothly carry out new production testing for mass production.</li><li>
Sustaining test related issues for production and work with internal team and customer for rootcause analysis as well as improvement.</li><li>
Monitor test failure trends in production and provide corrective actions to improve production test yields.</li><li>
Setup and maintain production test equipment such as UCS Servers, Terminal Servers, Switches, Power cycle boxes, Hipot machines, etc.</li><li>
Interface with customers and internal cross-functional teams to solve all testing-related issues.</li><li>
Come up with testing related improvement projects and be able to carry out the project for good execution and drive end result.</li><li>
Train Technicians and Testers on new and existing testing procedures and product troubleshooting.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Manufacturing/Production Testing experiences is must.</li><li>
Hands on Python Programming experiences is must.</li><li>
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues with in a Linux/Unix/Windows environment is must.</li><li>
Other industrial test scripting &amp; programming experiences is preferred.</li><li>
Experience in RESTFUL web services is a plus.</li><li>
An excellent communication (written and verbal) skill is must.</li><li>
Must have a strong customer service/satisfaction attitude</li><li>
Must have the ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.</li><li>
This is a night shift and must be able to work 6p.m. to 3a.m.</li></ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering is required

POSITION: (Senior) System/Network Engineer
LOCATION: Austin or Houston, Texas
CATEGORY: Exempt, Full Time, 100% On-site.
Requires flexibility to work day and swing shifts based on operational needs.
JOB FUNCTION:<ul><li>
Provide level 2 network troubleshooting support on POD testing operations and resolve network issues promptly.</li><li>
Proactively engage with the Test Engineer and Production Engineer on the customer&rsquo;s request or issue to provide support accordingly.</li><li>
Building a new testing production network with a server room design according to the customer&rsquo;s IT standard, if required. Responsibilities may involve planning, design and implementation of the POD Room network structure.</li><li>
Travel may be required.</li></ul>
RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Maintain North America inventory for the POD room and production floor. Spare parts management included</li><li>
Implement or improve the POD/Test network infrastructure in accordance with the customer&rsquo;s IT Standard.</li><li>
Standardize and maintain firewall operation configuration and security control.</li><li>
Follow up with the local team on network configuration and testing failover regularly.</li><li>
Update site-level weekly report for North America.</li><li>
Weekly meeting with the Test Engineer and Production Engineer on production issues or requests.</li><li>
One-time setup for Test Server Room in relation to POD Room for Mellanox setup.</li><li>
One-time setup of the non-production network in the Test Server Room with the customer&rsquo;s IT standard.</li><li>
One-time setup for the customer&rsquo;s IT room.</li><li>
Review and oversee the rollout and rollback plan for any production issue.</li><li>
Level 2 support for Level 1 troubleshooting</li><li>
Maintain the DHCP configuration and IP Tables if needed.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:<ul><li>
BA/BS in Information Management, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields are required.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
With 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in network technology, with a proven track record in both network design/implementation and complex troubleshooting. Data center experience preferred.</li><li>
At least 5 years plus hands-on experience with Linux systems, with an understanding of networking.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with layer 2 and layer 3 switches. Cisco background is preferred. Mellanox switch experience is a plus.</li><li>
3 years of hands-on Application firewall experience, with an understanding of NAT; Palo Alto firewall preferred.</li></ul>
SKILLS:<ul><li>
Solid foundational knowledge of networking, including familiarity with the TCP/IP protocol stack, various routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), switching technologies (e.g., STP, VLAN, subnetting), and network security principles (e.g., VPNs, firewall policy, access control list).</li><li>
