Overview: 
As a Supply Chain Specialist, your primary objective is to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products across our global supply chain and internal day-to-day operation (Sorting), inventory control, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will support the implementation and monitoring of supply chain strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Understands manufacturing supply chain processes and requirements for sorting products and staging orders to be delivered to the production line.</li><li>
Assisting planning on physical inventory
</li><li>Communicates, and resolves supply chain issues between with internal product lines.</li><li>
Exercises overall ownership of the managed accounts. Be the bridge among customers and Factory, R&amp;D, Supports, Suppliers etc.</li><li>
Oversee production/delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.</li><li>
Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries.</li><li>
Perform material RMA to return defective materials back to suppliers and help with entering work orders. Inputs for the production line.</li><li>
Plan the required materials and purchase quantities to fulfill the demand of the service line. Submit work orders. Utilize SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 and the internal system, ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, in English and Mandarin Chinese.</li><li>
Proven ability to work both collaboratively on a team as well as independently on multiple high-priority projects.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills.
</li><li>Plan, schedule, coordinate, and expedite material issues/products to the production floor.</li><li>
Track effective inventory transaction management (in/out).</li></ul>

Supply Chain Specialist

Overview:
A Product Engineer is primarily responsible to oversee the RMA service lifecycle. The engineer will need to have a strong background technical engineering background. They are responsible to identify and solve any technical challenges during the RMA enabling stage of a product. They will be required to collaborate with various teams to ensure the product meets the customer&rsquo;s requirements. After the product is serviced, they will monitor the performance of RMA service process to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Oversee the start of manufacturing process to ensure productivity and safety.</li><li>
Design RMA process referencing the product manufacturing processes.</li><li>
Review product specification with Foxconn and customer teams.</li><li>
Determine and select product BOM to prepare RMA material usage.</li><li>
Communicate directly with customers product engineering teams during the RMA process to review process &amp; specifications.</li><li>
Product Engineer to have a deep learning of shop floor systems and Wareconn.com to maintaining BOM and process through cloud systems.</li><li>
Determine proper tools, equipment and fixtures and ensure they are properly distributed to service production.</li><li>
Create or revise product SOP&rsquo;s for RMA work.</li><li>
Manage process for line once operational.</li></ul>
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:<ul><li>
Experience in managing and handling of electronic tools, equipment and fixtures.</li><li>
PCB/PCBA experience is highly preferred.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics is highly preferred.</li><li>
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Proficient in software and hardware systems.</li><li>
Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>
Organizational skills for planning, multitasking, and time managing.</li><li>
Attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong intrapersonal skills.</li></ul>
