THE ROLE
We&rsquo;re looking for a junior&ndash;mid level Paid Ads Specialist (AI Optimization) who&rsquo;s hungry to learn, experiment, and grow fast. If you&rsquo;re curious about AI, excited about paid ads, and ready to level up your skills, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll support the development and execution of cross-channel and omnichannel campaigns, assist with budget allocation across platforms, and help build smooth, personalized customer journeys. RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive performance and achieve business objectives.</li><li>
Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting: Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li><li>
Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage campaign data to scale budgets effectively, refine targeting, and enhance CPAs, conversion rates, and overall ROI.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design compelling content tailored to specific buyer personas, ensuring ads resonate with target audiences.</li><li>
Best Practices &amp; Knowledge Sharing: Partner with fellow media buyers to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across the team.</li><li>
Continuous Learning &amp; Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive.</li></ul>
SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
DTC Ecommerce Focus (Top Priority): Candidates with hands-on experience working with direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands will be given absolute priority. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who understands the DTC ecosystem and knows how to scale performance in that space.</li><li>
Paid Advertising Experience: Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, with a focus on driving measurable results and optimizing for KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and conversions.</li><li>
Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing campaign data and using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Managers to optimize performance and scale campaigns effectively.</li><li>
Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data, collaborate with teams, and explain strategies clearly.</li><li>
Team Collaboration &amp; Leadership: Ability to work with creative and media teams, share best practices, and mentor junior team members to drive collective success.</li><li>
Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, able to identify challenges and take quick action to resolve them.</li><li>

THE ROLE
We're searching for an AI Graphic Designer to create AI-generated ad creatives, product images, and brand visuals for multiple D2C brands. You&rsquo;ll work from concept to final asset, keep everything on-brand, collaborate with marketing, and use performance data to iterate. The job is for someone fluent in AI design tools, strong in visual fundamentals, curious about new tech, and comfortable experimenting. E-commerce/DTC experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Generate and design static ad creatives, product images, and brand visuals using AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or similar.</li><li>
Create visuals for web pages, product listings, and campaigns across multiple brands.</li><li>
Work with marketing and media teams to translate creative briefs into high-performing visuals.</li><li>
Analyze performance data to understand which designs drive the best results and iterate fast.</li><li>
Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all assets.</li><li>
Stay ahead of design trends and experiment with AI tools to push creative boundaries.
</li></ul>SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
You&rsquo;re fluent in AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL&middot;E, Leonardo, Firefly, etc.) and enjoy exploring new ones.</li><li>
You understand composition, lighting, and brand aesthetics &mdash; not just prompts.</li><li>
You can move from concept to final deliverable fast, without sacrificing quality.</li><li>
