 Procurement Analyst
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This position manages supplier relationships through the implementation and execution of the procurement strategy, enterprise-wide. This position contributes to sourcing strategy development and all aspects of supplier management. Emphasis on Direct Procurement.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own supplier relationship management activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Company stakeholders to advocate for their procurement needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish processes and monitor supplier performance: create and maintain supplier score-carding using key performance indicators (KPIs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Help enhance the Company supplier risk management process including the creation of contingency plans and secondary/alternative sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Supplier Quality Management team as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop/shepherd procurement procedures in the procure-to-pay supplier database
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform in-depth analysis, interpret, and draw conclusions from data sets
 </li>
 <li>
 Make decisions under conditions of uncertainty that produce effective end results
 </li>
 <li>
 Individual contributor with autonomy to perform work with limited instruction.
 </li>
 <li>
 May be responsible for entire projects or functions having modest scope/impact or portions of projects having considerable scope/impact to department results
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience and Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Procurement or Supply Chain
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Prefer experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device or similar current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment

 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to gain confidence of internal stakeholders and supplier base, influencing appropriately
 </li>
 <li>
 Persuasive communication skills (oral and written), and ability to problem solve and quickly jump between topics to support multiple functional areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to drive collaborative projects with suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytic, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
