Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of employee data from various sources to uncover meaningful trends and insights. Own the delivery of the analytics calendar.</div></li><li><div>
Storyboarding: Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports that communicate people insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to convey insights and actionables to stakeholders at all levels in an intuitive manner. - primarily excel. Power BI (good to have)</div></li><li><div>
Collaboration: Partner with Business partnering, cross-function and operations teams to drive data-driven recommendations.</div></li><li><div>
Project Management: Manage ad hoc projects, define metrics, and deliver ongoing dashboards and reports to inform talent strategies.</div></li><li><div>
Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, security, and quality of people analytics data by overseeing data governance frameworks.</div></li><li><div>
Training and Development: Provide leadership and training to team members on analytics best practices to foster a data-driven culture within the function.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Skills and Qualifications</div><ul><li><div>
Educational Background: MBA with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.</div></li><li><div>
Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy/ planning. Hands on experience in putting together dashboards, insights presentations for consumption of C-Suite stakeholders.</div></li><li><div>
Technical Skills: Proficiency in excel and visualization techniques (dashboards and presentations), working understanding of statistical techniques - regression primarily to help formulate forecasting models.</div></li><li><div>
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.</div></li><li><div>
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Project Coordination: Project workflow management for the lifecycle of the project including but not limited to Project initiation, Project tracking, Risk capturing and status updates to stakeholders by working closely with the project /program manager; Manage project/resource allocations independently</div><div></div><div>
Commercial Management: Conduct monthly/periodic activities related to revenue forecast, revenue recognition, finalizing invoice amount and details, monitoring unbilled and outstanding while coordinating with Delivery and Finance team; Deep dive of Financial MIS and reporting, as required</div><div></div><div>
Compliance and Operations: Ensure delivery is managed efficiently and effectively, in line with relevant policies and standards; Ensure necessary documentation and update of Third Party Agreements relevant for data usage, Data Security, Polices and Procedures (client specific); Maintain audit trail of relevant information; Be a SPOC for IT related issues for the client teams s/he is supporting; Provide administrative support to team for managing client specific process requirements</div><div></div><div>
Stakeholder Management: Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders, IT and Human Capital (HC); Effectively communicate with, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, taking account of their levels of influence and interest. This includes identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups, using suitable channels for achieving clear outcomes, consensus and conflict resolution.</div><div></div><div>
Issue resolution: Use problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions to solve operational sporadic and recurring issues related to technology, access, connectivity, allocation, etc.</div><div></div><div>
Special projects: Time-to-time lead adhoc projects that helps improve the overall experience for the team and client. Example: Implementing new data security measures, workspace management, setting-up knowledge management portal, implementing workflows</div><div></div><div>
Other activities: Create and maintain key MIS reports to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders; Ensuring timely responses to all emails, requests and queries raised by delivery team and enabling functions like Finance, IT, Staffing, Operational Excellence on Operational matters related with the client accounts being supported</div><div></div><div>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</div><ul><li>
8+ years experience as PMO analyst, PMO consultant, PMO lead or a similar role, preferably in Analytics or IT/ITES services industry</li><li>
Advanced MS Excel (not VBA)Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS applications</li><li>
Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings</li><li>
Strong program coordination and administration abilities.</li><li>
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>

JOB DESCRIPTION:</div><div>
As an NLP Lead Data Scientist, you will be building solutions that require analysing and transforming natural language data into useful outcomes using NLP techniques. To succeed in this role, you should possess outstanding skills in statistical analysis, machine learning methods and text representation techniques and language models, consulting experience in FS, banking domain, good communication and client handling skill.</div><div>
RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>
Build Solutions that identify intent and entities, other features from user comments, chat transcript and other unstructured text data.</li><li>
Design and implement advanced solutions utilizing NLP traditional Models and Large Language Models (LLMs).</li><li>
Demonstrate self-driven initiative by taking ownership and creating end-to-end solutions.</li><li>
Conduct research and stay informed about the latest developments in generative AI and LLMs.</li><li>
Train and fine-tune pre-trained NLP models and run evaluation experiments.</li><li>
Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models.</li><li>
Basic logical pseudo code writing.</li><li>
Develop and maintain code libraries, tools, and frameworks to support generative AI development.</li><li>
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.</li><li>
Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and testing to deployment and maintenance.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging, contribute to roadmaps, and integrate software into different repositories for core system compatibility.</li><li>

Natural Language Processing (NLP): Hands-on experience in use case classification, topic modeling, Q&amp;A and chatbots, search, Document AI, summarization, and content generation.</li></ul><div>

Computer Vision and Audio: Hands-on experience in image classification, object detection, segmentation, image generation, audio, and video analysis.</li><li>
Generative AI:<ul><li>
Proficiency with SaaS LLMs, including Lang chain, llama index, vector databases, Prompt engineering (COT, TOT, ReAct, agents). Experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock for text/audio/image/video modalities.</li><li>
Familiarity with Open-source LLMs, including tools like TensorFlow/Pytorch and huggingface. Techniques such as quantization, LLM finetuning using PEFT, RLHF, data annotation workflow, and GPU utilization.</li></ul></li><li>
Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. Cloud certification is preferred.</li><li>
Application Development: Proficiency in Python, Docker, FastAPI/Django/Flask, and Git</li></ul><div>
Domain Skill: Consulting experience with FS,Banking domain for at least 3 years.</div><div>

Experience automating data within Tableau/Qlik/ggplot/Shiny to tell a story through interactive visualizations</li><li>

Sales Support &amp; account growth: Actively focus on opportunities to grow the client along with the senior engagement manager. Support the sales team as required for RFPs and regular sales pitches</li><li>
