Role Details:</div><ul><li>
Leverage Data to solve key business problems from the clients. They will be working on identifying or creating data driven solutions to solve key problems in the industry.</li><li>
Prior experience in Financial services or Payments industry is preferred (Visa,Mastercard,American express and discover) or any banking domain expertise</li><li>
Ability to architect and design reporting solutions based on client needs.</li><li>
Project Management skills along with strong communication skills, client management skills.</li><li>
Problem Solving, Team &amp; People management</li><li>
Technical capabilities in data engineering (SQL, Python, Pyspark) and visualization (Tableau / power BI)</li><li>
Preference with domain knowledge in financial services</li></ul><div></div><div>
Technical Skills :</div><ul><li>
Leading and managing the end-to-end project management like brainstorm, design, approach, scope, timelines, delivery and transition based on client requirements</li><li>
Hands on coding Python, SQL, Pyspark- mandatory</li><li>
Mandatory BI experience</li><li>
SQL, Analytics, consultancy background (ideally)</li><li>
Good to have Modelling, performance and predictive analytics</li><li>
Basic FS domain knowledge</li><li>
Database design</li></ul><div></div><div>
Non-technical skills :</div><ul><ul><li>Client handling and communication skills</li></ul></ul><div></div><div>
