Role Overview:</div><div>
As a Principal in HLS at Fractal Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our client relationships within the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) sector, executing large Enterprise Business Application development-based Programs at various Fortune 100 clients. This includes strategic preparation, planning, relationship management, people leadership, project management, risk management, technical solution design, data discovery, business discovery, steer-co cadence, leading the coordination with our solutions teams to achieve revenue and margin targets.</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Strategically drive client partnerships, relationships, business growth in key pharmaceutical accounts, collaborating with solution teams to manage revenue and margin targets.</div></li><li><div>
Bring clarity to chaos, problem frame, white-board in an agile manner in person with key stakeholders to drive client value. Collaborate with a diverse group of client stakeholders to align project vision, Develop and refine the vision for a next-generation analytics/AI/GenAI/Agentic AI products and platforms</div></li><li><div>
Lead end-to-end management of key programs including selling, business consulting, project management, technical solution delivery, to achieve annual revenue targets of $10M+ while maintaining high client satisfaction (NPS &gt; 70), delivery quality, robustness of solutions, timelines</div></li><li><div>
Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and solutions using Fractal&rsquo;s offerings.</div></li><li><div>
Manage account/program utilization and margins, handle client escalations, and represent the full Fractal portfolio, demonstrating expertise in AI, Engineering &amp; Design, Behavioral sciences, and healthcare and pharmaceutical analytics solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Manage and mentor a diverse team of onshore and offshore professionals, ensuring high-quality consulting services and fostering strong client relationships to stay ahead of competition.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to the development and sales of pharmaceutical capabilities with a focus on GenAI/AI.</div></li><li><div>
Manage and mentor a team of healthcare domain consultants, finance and supply chain functional consultants, data scientists, AI engineers, designers and behavioral scientists in various time-zones</div></li><li><div>
Work with the tech ecosystem &ndash; Azure, Open AI, Databricks, MongoDB and other vendors/suppliers/providers regularly to collaborate on partnership, sales channels, conferences, relationships, joint business props, optimizing performance and experience for clients.</div></li><li><div>
Help the team in implementing AI models such as commercial analytics, supply chain analytics, finance analytics, marketing analytics, forecasting, optimization, propensity models, and integrate into client processes/workflows for business impact</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Success Profile</div><ul><li><div>
Master&rsquo;s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, Engineering, Math, Business Administration</div></li><li><div>
15-20 years of experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical data and analytics, technology domains in Engineering and AI.</div></li><li><div>
Proven track record in leading strategic engagements within the pharmaceutical industry, achieving quarterly and annual goals.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in analytical solution deliver to Fortune 500 companies and handling direct client interactions at CXO/VP/Director levels comfortably daily.</div></li><li><div>
Strong commercial acumen with excellent storytelling abilities to map client challenges Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with client audiences up to C-level, thriving in a collaborative team environment.</div></li><li><div>

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.</div></li><li><div>

Pay:</div><div>
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range is: $200,000 - $250,000.</div><div></div><div>
Benefits:</div><div>
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a &ldquo;free time&rdquo; PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.</div><div></div><div>
