Maintenance Trainee

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Maintenance<ul><li>Attend all guest room and public area maintenance requests.</li><li>Perform minor repairs including carpentry, painting, polishing, and fixture replacements.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and identify maintenance needs.</li></ul>Electrical<ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair lighting, switches, sockets, and basic electrical issues.</li><li>Assist with preventive maintenance of electrical panels and equipment.</li></ul>Plumbing<ul><li>Repair leaks, blockages, faucets, flush tanks, and bathroom fixtures.</li><li>Maintain water supply lines, pumps, and drainage systems.</li></ul>HVAC / Mechanical<ul><li>Assist in servicing split units, ventilation fans, exhaust systems, and basic AC complaints.</li><li>Support HVAC technicians during major repairs or PM schedules.</li></ul>Equipment &amp; Utility<ul><li>Take daily readings of pumps, DG sets, panels, boilers, and utility equipment.</li><li>Report any abnormalities to higher staff immediately.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Follow all safety procedures and use PPE during work.</li><li>Maintain proper records of maintenance tasks and work orders.</li><li>Ensure maintenance tools are kept in good condition.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have any experience in Hotels or Resorts?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in Hotels or Resorts?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation fans.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule and record all tasks completed.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform corrective actions.</li><li>Attend guest complaints related to temperature, ventilation, and humidity issues promptly.</li><li>Check and maintain refrigerant levels, replace filters, clean coils, and inspect ducts.</li><li>Maintain cold rooms, freezers, ice machines, and other refrigeration equipment.</li><li>Take daily readings of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, and report abnormalities.</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and professional condition.</li><li>Ensure all HVAC operations comply with safety standards and energy-efficient practices.</li><li>Assist the Engineering team in general maintenance activities when required.</li><li>Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or overhauls.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have?</li><li>Do you have any experience in hotel industry?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
