Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other technical staff.</li><li>Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.</li><li>Inspect property areas regularly (guest rooms, public areas, back of house, and outdoor spaces) to identify maintenance needs.</li><li>Assign daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance-related complaints or breakdowns to minimize downtime.</li><li>Ensure all equipment, machinery, and systems (electrical panels, pumps, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, etc.) are properly maintained.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.</li><li>Liaise with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work and equipment servicing.</li><li>Enforce safety and hygiene protocols for all maintenance operations.</li><li>Train and guide the maintenance team in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.</li><li>Support the Chief Engineer in budget preparation, cost control, and procurement planning.</li><li>Ensure energy efficiency measures are implemented across the property.</li><li>Maintain good coordination with all departments to address operational maintenance issues.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;22,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have is hospitality industry?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
