Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct regular inspections of all equipment, plant rooms, and facilities.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.</li><li>Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized maintenance works.</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs, records, and checklists.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to safety, fire, and environment.</li><li>Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.</li><li>Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper work allocation.</li><li>Maintain the resort&rsquo;s upkeep and ensure all systems are operational at all times.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;26,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have any experience in Hotels or Resorts?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
