What You&rsquo;ll Do Day-To-Day:
<ul><li>Lead lawyer for the Fuels Business Unit, with responsibility for negotiating and drafting contracts in accordance with company guidelines and policies. Provides legal counsel on terms and conditions for proposals, sales contracts and government contracts.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
</li><li>Leads the Ethics and Compliance function for the Company, and coordinates with Group Ethics and Compliance Officer and General Counsel on ethics and compliance issues within the organization.</li><li>
Advises management regarding policy and procedure revisions based on changes in laws and regulations.
</li><li>Communicates legal issues and risks to executive management and provides legal and strategic advice on resolution of commercial disputes.
</li><li>Provides routine and ad hoc reporting on significant legal, ethics and compliance issues and procedures.
</li><li>Coordinates with other Framatome companies to ensure consistent terms and conditions for joint bids/agreements.
</li><li>Ensures staff is adequately trained to effectively support corporate and business lines.
</li></ul>What You'll Bring:
<ul><li>Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school</li><li>
Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
</li><li>Passed the appropriate state bar exam and hold a valid license to practice law.</li><li>
Expert knowledge of products and services marketed by the Company.</li><li>
Ability to negotiate needed contract terms and conditions while minimizing risks to the Company.</li><li>
Ability to provide sound legal advice and consultation to staff and management under close direction, contributing to strategic decision-making on legal matters.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.</li></ul>
Total Rewards Package:<div><b><br>
</b></div><ul><li><b>Salary:</b> $150,000-$212,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.</li><li><b>

Senior Attorney

What You&rsquo;ll Do Day-To-Day:
<ul><li>Installs, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at plant sites; may include equipment associated with refueling, inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components.</li><li>
Conducts a variety of routine and non-routine tasks, operates specialized equipment, takes measurements, extracts and compiles data regarding equipment and process performance; collates data on task and outage performance.</li><li>
Develops calculations, tables, reports and related data; maintains maintenance logs and certification documents.</li><li>
Develops maintenance procedures, problem reports, field schedules, and task close out reports, as needed.</li><li>
Participates in planning and executing projects; assists in preparation of proposal and procurement documents.</li><li>
May provide input to training materials and may conduct training, as needed.</li><li>
Complies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance.</li><li>
Works flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service.</li><li>
May require extensive travel to a variety of regional and remote job sites.</li><li>
May/Will require unescorted nuclear site access.</li><li>
Technical certifications to be acquired: NDE Technician II requirements met; Tool Technician: Must gain two additional tool technician certs and be an Assistant System Lead for a tool system; Operator: Must acquire two additional operator certifications; NDE Technician: Must record all experience gained and become LVL I in at least 2 disciplines; Leadership: Must attend at least one leadership course per year and fill a leadership role.</li></ul>
What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 6 years of related experience and NDE Technician II requisites* is required.
</li><li><ul><li>NDE Technician II requisites met: Tool Technician: Two additional tool technician certs; Operator: Must complete NDE117.2, NDE1150.5, NDE1320.2, NDE1110.4 or RAN100.2; NDE Technician: Must record all experience gained and become LVL I in at least one discipline.</li></ul></li><li>
Advanced knowledge of commonly used equipment, practices, procedures and concepts in a particular field.</li><li>
May require specific nuclear reactor plant maintenance qualification training and certification.</li><li>

NDE Technician II Senior

</li><li>Ensures compliance with government regulations, organization, industry and customer engineering standards.

Working knowledge of the following programming languages: Python, C, C++, and/or FORTRAN.
