The <b>Transition to Practice Program (TPP)</b> at <b>Franciscan Children's</b> is a 12-month nurse residency designed to transform newly licensed registered nurses into confident, capable clinicians. This immersive program blends hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and specialized education so you can build the skills needed to provide exceptional care to children and adolescents.<br>

<b>What You&rsquo;ll Experience</b><br>
As a Nurse Resident in the <b>Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit</b>, you will receive structured support every step of the way.<br>

<b>Eligibility Requirements</b><ul><li>
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (<b>BSN</b>) obtained by May 2026</li><li>
Current <b>Massachusetts RN License</b> (or ability to obtain one by <b>August 2026</b>)</li><li>
Ability to work a <b>full-time position for the duration of the program</b> (including rotation to off shifts, weekends, and holidays).</li></ul><br>
