 This isn&rsquo;t a passive support role; it&rsquo;s a dynamic position where you&rsquo;ll directly contribute to high-level projects, client relationships, and the overall effectiveness of our leadership team.
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, edit, and send client proposals, invoices, and contracts on behalf of the GM and CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the coordination point with key clients, scheduling, following up, and ensuring commitments are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for the GM and CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met across internal and external projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize documentation and maintain accurate records of agreements and transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support client presentations and training engagements by handling operational follow-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate leadership needs and proactively solve issues before they arise.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or executive support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with discretion, managing confidential and sensitive information.
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive mindset: you don&rsquo;t wait to be told, you make it happen.
 </li>
