What you will be doing:</b></div><ul>
<li>Develop and lead Franklin&rsquo;s total rewards strategy, spanning executive compensation, pay structures, and recognition programs, ensuring programs are competitive, performance aligned, and business driven.</li>
<li>Lead executive and enterprise compensation, including the design and management of pay programs and annual cycles, ensuring fairness, governance, and alignment with growth objectives.</li>
<li>Strengthen recognition programs that reinforce accountability, performance, and culture.</li>
<li>Define and communicate Franklin&rsquo;s Employee Value Proposition, ensuring employees clearly understand how rewards connect to growth, opportunity, and engagement.</li>
<li>Establish governance, analytics, and KPIs that provide leaders and the Board with actionable insights into the impact of rewards on business results.</li></ul><div><br>

<li>Twelve or more years of progressive leadership experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in executive compensation, governance, and Board engagement.</li>
<li>Proven record of transforming rewards programs to deliver measurable business performance and retention.</li>
<li>Strong financial, analytical, and market benchmarking capabilities.</li>

<li>Lead and execute audit process automation and data insight and analysis projects by leveraging company tools (e.g., Diligent/Highbond, ACL, Python, SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Flow/BI) to support risk-based operational, SOX, and special audits, including investigations of financial misconduct.</li>
<li>Supervise, coach, and develop audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and thought leadership within the department.</li>
<li>Identify control weaknesses, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with business leaders to implement and validate corrective actions, driving process improvements and risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships and collaborate with global business partners, external auditors, and the Audit Committee to ensure alignment and transparency.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables, while contributing to the annual risk assessment and audit plan (with ~5% travel to global facilities).</li></ul><div><br>
